Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the QueStudy platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using QueStudy's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

QueStudy provides an online educational platform featuring computer-based testing (CBT), AI-powered learning tools, practice questions, performance analytics, study resources, and research assistance tools. Our services are delivered via web and mobile applications.

We continually enhance our platform and may introduce, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Service availability may vary due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must register for a QueStudy account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use QueStudy only for lawful educational purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Cheating, impersonation, or any form of academic dishonesty
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized data extraction
• Uploading malicious code or interfering with platform operations
• Sharing account credentials or providing unauthorized access to others
• Reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright owner
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

5. Intellectual Property

All content on QueStudy — including questions, study materials, software, graphics, logos, and trademarks — is the intellectual property of QueStudy or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership rights to our content. Unauthorized commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.

You agree to avoid any infringement of third-party copyright. You may only upload, submit, or share content on QueStudy if you own it, have created it, or have obtained the necessary rights, licences, or permissions to use it. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

If we receive a valid copyright infringement notice, we will promptly review the claim and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We may also suspend or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the copyright of others. Textbook Solution Library: QueStudy operates a Textbook Solution Library that provides worked solutions to exercises from popular textbooks. All solutions in this library are original content created or commissioned by QueStudy, and the library is provided for personal, educational, and non-commercial study purposes only.

The underlying textbooks and their questions remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers and copyright holders. QueStudy does not claim ownership of any textbook content and is not affiliated with or endorsed by any textbook publisher. Where a solution reflects or summarises material from a published textbook, it is included for the limited purpose of supporting students' understanding and to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may view textbook solutions on the platform for your own personal study, but you may not copy, download, redistribute, resell, or republish them, in whole or in part, without our prior written consent or that of the relevant copyright holder. If you are a copyright holder and believe content in the Textbook Solution Library infringes your rights, please contact us at legal@questudy.com and we will promptly review your request.

6. Payment Terms

Certain QueStudy features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected during registration. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

We may modify subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using QueStudy, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Limitation of Liability

QueStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that examination results on our platform will translate to specific academic outcomes. QueStudy is a study tool and does not replace formal education.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, repeated copyright infringement, or conduct that harms our platform or other users. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases, and we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy. Sections 5, 8, 10, and 12 shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
